Simon is a time served Business Development/Operations Manager who has worked with various marine and oilfield companies throughout his 15 years’ experience developing start-ups to large corporations mainly in the safety and survival/supply equipment, and inspections companies within SE Asia. Responsible for the LSA operational division management for Survitec Group, managing and directing the internal and external CS teams all over SE Asia, flying squads, technical and commercial wise. Previously Simon spent 10 years in the field and internal sales roles for the likes of Finnings (CAT), CORUS Steel (TATA). He enjoys fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing, and spends most spare time in the gym, exploring SEA. He is currently writing a self-motivational book.

Ryan has an extensive experience of more than 30 years in the Oil and Gas industry, beginning his career as a welder offshore in the Northern and Southern Sectors of the North Sea. Ryan’s work has taken him all over the world both offshore, onshore, and in isolated locations on land rigs such as in the Sahara Desert and other parts of Africa, Middle East, South and North America, Europe, and Asia. Over the years he has carried out the roles of General Manager for a Derrick Structure Specialist Company in Singapore and also Dubai, before moving back to Asia and running his own offshore construction business.

Tom began his career in IT, working for a well known service provider to the Oil and Gas Industry. Throughout his time there, Tom managed several IT deployment projects, deploying bespoke IT/inspections solutions all around the world. He has been heavily involved in inspection solitons incorporating bespoke solutions including RFID technologies to streamline Oil and Gas maintenance routines. During his time managing the bespoke IT solution (RigCentral), Tom was responsible for various roles, both client facing at trade shows or client meetings, following through to the customization and delivery of client bespoke solutions/reporting suites. During his time with Global 1, Tom has assisted with the development of Global 1’s training academy as well as migrating Global 1’s IT infrastructure & website to a more modern solution.

Chris is our Safety Champion and has developed a strong Safety Culture whilst embracing all HSE requirements. Chris has extensive HSE management and leadership experience gained through 35 years of working within the industry.He has experience of working offshore in the North Sea and on land- based refineries, in fact Chris first visited offshore gas platforms in the North Sea in 1982.Chris is a very keen sportsman and enjoys playing Latin Jazz on his Saxophone.

Pankaj Khanna has an experience of more than three decades in Maritime Transportation, Offshore Oil & Gas, Asset Owning and Services Business. He has been heavily involved in start-ups (Teekay Tankers, Alba Carriers, Ocean Rig, Pioneer Marine) and has raised billions for multiple companies. Through the years he has been in-depth involved in crude oil tankers, product tankers, LNG, Ultra Deepwater Offshore Drilling and dry bulk carriers. A person with strong street credibility and with deep and extensive relationships in the industry and investor base.

Zhanas Zenia is a German studies graduate who then began her career as an Account Manager at an IT services company working closely with the Indonesian banking regulator and private banking institutions. Her key responsibilities were the management of sales and marketing ecosystem and strategy research. Zhanas joined Global1 in 2017 prior to Global1 carrying out their first Derrick Heatshield installation on the Apexindo Tasha, Indonesia. As Office Manager Zhanas’ roles and responsibilities are wide ranging, from liaising with key clients, document control, tender or proposal submission and overseeing the personnel coordination and mobilisation.

Scott Hamilton began his Oil & Gas career in the early nineties as an Electrical Technician, before serving in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Technical Management, Asset Management, Project Management, including his current Global Projects Director role.
He has lived and worked in over 12 locations globally for international companies, providing either Project or Operational management support as required.

Angeliki holds a BA in Turkish and Modern Asian studies and a MSc in Geopolitical Analysis, Geostrategic synthesis, Defence and International Security Studies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has worked previously as Conference Administrative Assistant at ATINER. During her free time, she enjoys offshore sailing and photography.

A confident and motivated individual. I joined the industry as an apprentice back in 2012 with the Siemens Onshore UK projects team. I progressed through my apprenticeship achieving all targets and finishing with CTI and CTC status across the SICS Siemens platforms, as well as completing an NVQ level 3 in Renewable Energy in 2016. Once my time at Siemens was complete I decided to start my own venture due to the compliments I was receiving on my work and the connections I had made along the way. I Started D.Hall Renewables with the intentions of working alone between contracts however such was the demand that it quickly developed into a successful 3rd party company utilized by the major sub-contracting Installation teams within the industry. . Personally, and collectively DHR has helped over 15 projects in the last 4 years across the UK, Europe and Northern Africa.

My name is Michael and DH Renewables has been the only company I have worked for in the wind industry. It couldn’t be any better! Dan and the team have been extremely helpful and dedicated to providing me with the experience and knowledge needed across all aspects of the job creating a bigger work scope. From working on different sites across the UK, alongside various companies completing major component exchanges to working on the world’s largest offshore pre assembly wind farm Hornsea 2. I’ve had a wealth of experience! Working on Hornsea 2 alongside Siemens on the Nacelles, gave me the opportunity to become signed off and become a CTP-N. With the amazing work opportunities I’ve had so far with DH Renewables, I am Looking forward to what the future has to bring.

My name is Paulo and I am so excited to be joining DHR as an Installation team lead and installation supervisor. I have been in the wind industry since 2008 and never looked back. I love working with cranes and the installation part of this job. I have my banksmen, slingers, crane supervisor and my SSSTS training. I’ve worked on most of the main wind turbines, Vestas, Nordex, Siemens, Gamesa , Enercon from installation to main components exchange and service works.  In the industry I’ve been a technician and have worked as an installation site manager. I have worked around the world from Australia to Africa and around Europe. And enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.

Ioanna joined DHR’s accounting team in September 2022 as a junior accountant in treasury department. She holds a BA in Economics and a MSc in Public Health from Bangor University. She also holds an MBE from University of Cyprus. Ioanna has worked with companies in a variety of industries from epidemiology to economics.

Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She is an Accountant with over 5 years experience in the financial field. Carrying work to the highest level of personal and professional standards. She enjoys being part of a dynamic team and taking the initiative. In her free time she enjoys watching movies and travelling abroad.
